We're Halfway There! - The Challenge for Week 3

We're halfway there in completing our Eat More Fruits and Veggies Challenge!   The goal for January is to eat at least 13 servings of fresh fruits and veggies daily.   During Week 3, which begins on Sunday, try the following:
Beginners:   Continue eating 4 servings of fresh fruits and 5 servings of raw or cooked veggies each day; include a green smoothie each day.
Intermediates:  Continue eating 4 servings of fresh fruits and 5 servings of raw or cooked veggies a day; include 2 green smoothies or 1 green smoothie and 1 all-vegetable or all-fruit meal each day. 
High Raw Achievers:  Drink a 16-18 oz. glass of green smoothie or fresh vegetable juice before a raw breakfast and lunch each day.  Eat a large salad with any homemade raw dressing for dinner.   Try a fresh fruit salad with 4 to 5 fruits with raw almonds to replace a meal.
