We're Ready to Cross the Finish Line with Week 4's Challenge!

This is our last week for the Eat More Fruits and Veggies Challenge!

Many of you are eating more fruits and veggies than you did last year and that's great!  Keep up the good work!  Here's our challenge for this week:

Beginners:   Eat a plant-based dish using at least 5 fresh veggies.  Continue eating 4 servings of fresh fruits and 5 servings of raw or cooked veggies each day.  Keep drinking a green smoothie each day.
Intermediates:  Eat 2 plant-based dishes using at least 5 to 6 fresh veggies.  Continue eating 4 servings of fresh fruits and 5 servings of raw or cooked veggies a day.  Keep drinking 2 green smoothies or drinking 1 green smoothie and eating 1 all-vegetable or all-fruit meal each day.
High Raw Achievers:  Eat two mono meals (a meal consisting of one ingredient) and a smoothie for dinner.  Continue drinking a 16-18 oz. glass of green smoothie or fresh vegetable juice before a raw breakfast and lunch each day.  Keep eating a large salad with any homemade raw dressing for dinner each day.

We appreciate Mrs. Leafy Greens of YouTube for designing our weekly challenges for the month of January.   Please visit her on Facebook or YouTube (MrsLeafyGreens) to find more creative ideas for adding more fruits and veggies to your diet.
