Water - Nature's Detoxifier

We need water.  Our bodies are composed of about 75% water.  Both blood and the brain are approximately 80% water.  Our lungs are actually 90% water.   No wonder our health deteriorates when we don't drink enough pure water! 

The amount of water we drink is related to the toxicity of our bodies.  Nearly all of the body's internal processes, including digestion and elimination, depend on pure water.  The sugary water that is often found in sodas, bottled fruit juices, coffee, alcohol, and even sports drinks, introduces toxins to every tissue, gland, and organ of our body.   These drinks put undue stress on our internal cleansing organs like the colon, liver, and kidneys.

So starting this month, guzzle down at least 1.5 to 2 liters or about 6 to 8 glasses of pure water every day!
