7-Day Juice Fasting for Detoxing

Why detox?  Although we can do our best to avoid toxins by eating organic foods and using natural skin and hair products, we are exposed to unavoidable environmental toxins in the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the foods we eat.

During the month of March, let's try juice fasting.   Juice fasting is a gentler process of detoxification compared to water fasting.  Also, fresh vegetable juices have the highest density of nutrients per calorie so you shouldn't feel as hungry while fasting.
